Provided (1) you have not used any of your eyewear benefits for the applicable period under your vision insurance plan, and (2) your vision benefits provider allocates 100% of your unused balance towards your eyewear purchase, we will cover the difference between your base coverage amount and the $149 purchase price of two pairs from our $149 range including standard single-vision lenses to your prescription. The amount and extent of your eyewear coverage varies by vision insurance plan; proof of your entitlement to eyewear benefits will be required. Offer available with select eyewear benefits plans only, and does not include percentage-based eyewear benefits plans. Offer not combinable with other offers, except as permitted by Specsavers.
