All our frames and lenses are made to meet exacting international standards and we believe them to be of the highest quality. If within two years of purchase, your glasses have any defects relating to material or production faults we'll repair or replace them for you, free of charge.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of your purchase, we’ll put it right. No worries, no fuss. 

Progressive satisfaction guarantee

Progressive lenses give you clear vision at all distances, with no tell‑tale lines. But because we understand that some people take a bit of time to get used to them, we’re giving you an additional guarantee. If you can’t get on with them, bring them back within three months of the date of your purchase and you can exchange them for either a pair of bifocals or two pairs of single‑vision glasses (one for reading and one for distance) and we’ll refund any price difference.

Lifelong service guarantee

You can always come in to have your glasses adjusted or professionally cleaned, whenever you need it. This service is completely free during the life of your glasses.

Contact lens price match guarantee

If you’ve found any of our contact lenses at a better price elsewhere, we’ll match the final checkout price of any authorized Canadian retailer (as determined by Specsavers). Conditions apply**

Terms and conditions

*Our two‑year quality guarantee is in addition to any and all rights and remedies that you may have under applicable sale of goods and consumer protection laws.

**Applies to contact lenses only (excluding rigid gas permeable lenses). Any other products, such as glasses and sunglasses, are not eligible. Competitor product must be identical (same prescription, brand, box count, and lens quality) and in stock at the time of the match. Competitor price must be publicly visible on their website or in a current price guide, and shown in Canadian dollars (no international matches). The competitor price to be matched is the total invoice price, and must include all shipping and handling charges. We do not match prices resulting from errors, misprints, bankruptcy or liquidation sales, or bulk
purchases beyond normal consumer use. Cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts regarding contact lenses. Specsavers may charge or cancel its price match guarantee at any time without notice.
