Two pairs at no cost to you: Eligibility and amount of coverage will depend on each eligible patient’s insurance coverage. Subject to the insurance coverage of each eligible patient, patients can choose to use their vision insurance benefits towards the cost of eyeglasses, including to get 2 pairs from our $149 or above ranges (which includes single‑vision lenses and scratch resistant coating), or towards contact lenses. We offer direct billing with many health insurance providers, subject to availability. Conditions applicable to the 2 pairs from $149 offer are the following: Both pairs must be for the same prescription. Offer valid on select frames only. Cannot be used with other offers. Includes standard 1.5 single‑vision lenses (or 1.6 for rimless ranges) and scratch resistant coating. Second pair must be from the same price range of frames or below. Excludes safety eyewear. Add progressives or bifocals and pay for lenses in the first pair only, and other lenses and extras are available at an extra cost, which may be covered by the insurance plan of eligible patients subject to the patient’s insurance coverage.
Private/Employer Insurance Coverage: The amount and extent of coverage offered for prescription eyeglasses, prescription contact lenses and eye exams varies by vision insurance plan. Subject to your insurance coverage, you may choose to use your vision insurance benefits towards the cost of prescription eyeglasses, prescription contact lenses and/or eye exams. If any prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses or eye exams are not covered or only partially covered by your vision insurance plan, you will be required to pay the remaining balance. We recommend consulting your insurance provider to determine your individual vision coverage prior to ordering prescription eyeglasses or contact lenses or undergoing an eye exam.
Provincial/Territorial Insurance Coverage: Provincial or territorial insurance coverage for eye exams may be available for seniors, children, and individuals with certain medical conditions. For an eye exam to be covered by a provincial or territorial health care plan, patients must meet the specific eligibility requirements for coverage in the applicable province or territory. We recommend consulting your provincial or territorial health authority to determine your individual vision coverage prior to undergoing an eye exam. Patients not covered by their provincial or territorial health care plan must pay for the cost of an eye exam. Eye exams are provided by independent optometrists. Contact store for more details.
