Private/Employer Insurance Coverage – The amount and extent of coverage offered for prescription eyeglasses, prescription contact lenses and eye exams varies by vision insurance plan. Subject to your insurance coverage, you may choose to use your vision insurance benefits towards the cost of prescription eyeglasses, prescription contact lenses and/or eye exams.
